MEMBERSHIP

The membership of the Library is open to, all student, faculty and others employee of MGIMS. Ex Students & Outsiders are entitled for Libarary facility written permission from the Dean,

BORROWING

1. Faculty members can borrow 5 books or journals for 15 days.
2. P.G. members can borrow 2 books for 15 days.
3. U.G. members can borrow 1 book for 15 days.
4. Non teaching staff members can borrow 1 book for 15 days.

The books can be renewed for another 15 days if not demanded by the other member.

RESERVATION

Reservation cards are available at the counter to reserve the book.

LATE FEE 

1. A member who fails to return the book /books before stipulated date shall be required to pay a late fee of Rs.1/- per day per book.
2. No late fee will be charged to faculty members of the subscribed MGIMS.
